The GMDF web site has many new features.

One of the tasks of the GMDF is to create a vibrant way of communicating with and between the member organisations.  An important part of this is the ability for individuals within the member societies to communicate with each other.  With this in mind we are adding a number of new features to allow inter group communications to take place.

Of great interest to many is the way in which we share and spread information especially the Year Book, Cues! and the Diary Dates listing.

Member societies are  able to add their own events to Diary Dates and update their Links in a timely and efficient manner so that all can see them.  Keep coming back over the next few days to see what is happening.

Important small print

Please be aware that the terms of use are strict – in particular only members of the societies connected to the GMDF can create Events in Diary Dates;  Links to other web sites or Adverts. The GMDF Board (acting through the web site administrators) retains the absolute right to remove any entries made by an account holder that it does not consider to be in the spirit or terms of the web site's usage policy. Furthermore the GMDF Board will suspend any web site account where there is considered by the GMDF Board to be a possible infringement of the web site usage policy.

First you need to create an Account.

There are only a few steps to create an account.  In the bottom left of the screen is an area called Log In - click the Create an account link.  You will be sent an email in a few minutes.  Click on the link in the email to activate your account.  Then you can Log In and away you go!
